- Collaborate with store leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations, including clienteling, point of sale, and scheduling systems.
- Shadow a store manager to acquire valuable leadership experience and insights into retail management.
- Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Participate in back-of-house activities to understand inventory and logistics.
- Assist in setting schedules and managing store operations.
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university, or actively enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Genuine passion for retail and customer-focused environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
- Proficiency in learning new systems and processes quickly.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in retail and leadership is essential.
Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree or enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program.
$20 per hour.
