1. Collaborate with store leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of daily operations, including clienteling, point of sale, and scheduling systems.
2. Shadow a store manager to acquire valuable leadership experience and insights into retail management.
3. Engage in strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance.
4. Participate in back-of-house activities to understand inventory and logistics.
5. Assist in setting schedules and managing store operations.

1. Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university, or actively enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program.
2. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
4. Proficiency in learning new systems and processes quickly.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in retail and leadership is essential.

Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree or enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program.

$20 per hour.
