- Participate in back-of-house operations and contribute to setting schedules.
- Drive operational performance through hands-on experience.
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution or enrolled in a specialized certification program.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Genuine passion for retail and customer-focused environments.
- Proficiency in retail operations and strategic initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.
No prior experience required, but a passion for retail and customer service is essential.
