1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
4. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
6. Coordinate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for the store.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
