1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
2. Manage and mentor store staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
3. Implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability.
4. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability.
7. Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
