2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is adequately replenished.
4. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
