1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
5. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
6. Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve performance.
7. Coordinate with the management team to align store goals with company objectives.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
