1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure stock availability.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
