1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
