3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
5. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
6. Conduct staff training and development to enhance team performance.
7. Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business strategies.
