1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
5. Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of product knowledge and service.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
