1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
4. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for staff.
