1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
4. Implement and monitor store policies and procedures.
5. Coordinate with the management team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
6. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
