1. Expand sales share and enhance customer service
2. Ensure the store provides premium customer service
3. Collaborate with the regional manager to plan and achieve sales targets
4. Implement employee training and development programs
5. Manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records

7. Ensure all human resources records are completed accurately and timely

9. Ensure the store meets company standards for service environment

1. Bachelor's degree or higher
2. 8+ years of experience in retail or luxury industry, with at least 5 years in management
3. Professional integrity and outstanding leadership skills
4. Excellent organizational and team-building abilities
5. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
