Coach Store Manager

- Oversee all store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance by developing strategic initiatives and motivating the sales team.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock presentation.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and financial data.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, with a preference for luxury brand experience.
