1. Oversee all store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and adherence to brand standards.
2. Drive sales performance by developing strategic initiatives and motivating the sales team.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock presentation.
4. Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high performance and engagement.
5. Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
