- Expand sales share and enhance customer service
- Ensure the store provides excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the store manager to plan and achieve sales targets
- Provide staff training and development
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate inventory records
- Associate degree or higher
- 5 years or more experience in retail or luxury industry, with at least 2 years in management
- Professional ethics and leadership skills
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and team-building skills
- Positive attitude, ability to handle pressure, enthusiasm for work, and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
- Good English communication skills
5 years or more in retail or luxury industry, with at least 2 years in management.
