1. Expand sales share and enhance customer service
2. Ensure the store provides high-quality customer service
3. Collaborate with the store manager to plan and achieve sales targets
4. Provide staff training and development
5. Manage inventory and maintain accurate stock records

1. Associate degree or higher
2. 5 years or more experience in retail or luxury industry, with at least 2 years in management
3. Professional ethics and leadership skills
4. Ability to resolve customer complaints
5. Excellent coordination, organizational, and team-building skills
6. Positive attitude, ability to handle pressure, enthusiasm for work, and willingness to take on additional tasks
7. Good English communication skills
