1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's brand image.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Develop and execute strategies to drive store traffic and maximize sales.
