1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
