- Manage daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards, including sales, service expectations, payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to achieve personal and team performance metrics.
- Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and retain top talent, creating a robust talent pipeline.
- Evaluate team performance, providing consistent and timely feedback, and modify action plans for continuous staff development.
- Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, recognizing and valuing individual performance.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by strategically forecasting, planning, and budgeting to meet business needs.
- Utilize company tools and resources to make informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively.
- Adapt to changing business needs and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
- 1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using retail systems such as labor management, inventory systems, and sales reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and handle ambiguity effectively.
1 to 3 years of experience in a luxury retail service environment as a Store Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $70,000.00 to $111,000.00 annually.
