1. Aligns store operations with organizational objectives and company values.
2. Leads and develops the team to meet Coach's selling and service expectations.
3. Manages sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
4. Maximizes store performance through effective team selling and customer engagement.
5. Implements clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
6. Acts as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
7. Oversees daily operational tasks, including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
8. Recruits, hires, and develops top talent to enhance store performance.

1. 1 to 3 years of previous store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Proficient with MS Office and retail systems.
4. Strong understanding of fashion trends and market competition.

Base pay range from $70,000 to $114,000 annually.
