1. Manage daily operational tasks in alignment with Coach standards, including sales, service expectations, payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
2. Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to achieve personal and store performance metrics.
3. Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and retain top talent to build a robust talent pipeline.
4. Evaluate team performance, providing consistent and timely feedback, and create action plans for staff development.
5. Utilize company tools and resources to make informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively.
6. Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, encouraging feedback and adaptability.
7. Demonstrate strong business acumen by strategically forecasting, planning, and budgeting for business needs.

1. 1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Experience with retail systems such as labor management and inventory systems.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $68,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually.
