Coach Store Manager

- Adapt to changing business needs with flexibility and proactivity.

- Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to achieve personal and team performance metrics.
- Utilize company tools and resources to make informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively.
- Evaluate team performance, providing consistent and timely feedback and creating action plans for staff development.
- Resolve performance issues through effective communication, coaching, and counseling.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top talent, building a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage daily operational tasks in line with Coach standards, including selling, service expectations, payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by strategically forecasting, planning, and budgeting according to business needs.
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems such as labor management, inventory systems, and sales reporting.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, perform visual merchandising, and housekeeping duties.
1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
