Coach Store Manager

- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across all product categories.
- Enhance team performance through coaching, motivation, and accountability for achieving sales and productivity goals.
- Cultivate a clienteling strategy to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador within the local market to enhance brand loyalty and visibility.
- Ensure the store's operational tasks, including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention, are executed according to company standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to strengthen the store's team.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to inform decision-making and optimize store performance.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with retail systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
