Coach Store Manager

- Aligns store operations with organizational objectives and company values.
- Leads and develops team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Manages sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
- Adapts store strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Maximizes team selling and customer engagement to achieve sales and productivity goals.
- Develops and implements clienteling strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Monitors local market changes and supports execution of sales strategies.
- Acts as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
- Coaches team to incorporate fashion trends into customer interactions.
- Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Recruits, hires, and retains top talent to meet business needs.
- Manages daily operations, including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
- Utilizes retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- 1 to 3 years of Store Manager experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
- Leadership and team development skills.
1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
