1. Aligns store operations with organizational objectives and company values.
2. Leads and develops team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
3. Manages sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
4. Adapts store strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
5. Maximizes team selling and customer engagement to achieve sales and productivity goals.
6. Develops and implements clienteling strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
7. Monitors local market changes and supports execution of sales strategies.
8. Acts as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business growth.
9. Coaches team to incorporate fashion trends into customer interactions.
10. Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively.
11. Recruits, hires, and retains top talent to meet business needs.
12. Manages daily operations, including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
13. Utilizes retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.

1. 1 to 3 years of Store Manager experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
2. Experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities.
5. Leadership and team development skills.

1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
