1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Develop and manage sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
3. Maximize floor supervisor role to deliver strong metrics and results through team selling.
4. Set and communicate sales/productivity goals for the team and track store performance.
5. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
6. Develop and implement clienteling strategies in partnership with the District Manager.
7. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
8. Coach team on incorporating trends into their selling experience.
9. Resolve customer problems and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
10. Recruit, hire, and develop top talent for the store.

1. 1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
2. Experience using retail systems (e.g., labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
4. Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
5. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and occasionally up to fifty pounds.

1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
