Coach Store Manager

1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Manage sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories.
3. Maximize floor supervisor role to deliver strong metrics and results through team selling.
4. Set and communicate sales/productivity goals for the team and track store performance.
5. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining customer relationships.
6. Develop and implement clienteling strategies in partnership with the District Manager.
7. Build credibility and trust as a personal fashion advisor to team and customers.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
9. Coach team on incorporating trends into their selling experience.
10. Resolve customer problems and meet customer needs in a timely manner.
11. Recruit, hire, and develop team members to meet business needs.
12. Manage daily operational tasks including selling, service expectations, payroll, and loss prevention.

1. 1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficient with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
2. Experience using retail systems (e.g., labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
4. Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
5. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and at times up to fifty pounds.

1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

BASE PAY RANGE $68,000.00 TO $105,000.00 Annually
