- Aligns store operations with organizational objectives and company values.
- Leads and develops the team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Manages sales strategies and initiatives across all product categories.
- Maximizes team productivity and sales through effective floor supervision.
- Develops and implements clienteling strategies in collaboration with the District Manager.
- Acts as a brand ambassador to enhance brand loyalty and business.
- Coaches team members on incorporating fashion trends into customer interactions.
- Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Recruits, hires, and develops top talent to meet business needs.
- Manages daily operational tasks including payroll, human resources, and loss prevention.
- Utilizes retail systems and tools to support sales and clienteling efforts.
- 1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $68,000 to $105,000 annually.
