1. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
