Coach Store Manager

- Maximize store productivity and profitability through effective team building and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with all Coach standards and lead by example to set the store's tone.
- Provide feedback to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Protect the Coach Service environment by enhancing customer experiences.
- Take ownership and accountability for the store's performance.
- Inspire and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and corporate partners.
- Develop and implement plans to address key business issues.
- Influence others to gain support for achieving goals and completing projects.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Leadership and role modeling of Coach Service behaviors.

Management experience in a retail service environment is required.
