- Maximize store productivity and profitability through team building and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with all Coach standards.
- Lead by example and set the tone for the store.
- Provide feedback to the team to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Protect the Coach Service environment by enhancing the customer experience.
- Experience in a retail service environment in a management position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Effective communication with customers and staff.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
