1. Lead and manage all aspects of store operations to ensure the achievement of sales goals and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
3. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the brand's image and maximize sales potential.
