Coach Store Manager

- Cultivate a store environment that delivers renowned and authentic service to create a Modern Luxury customer experience.
- Develop and disseminate product knowledge, ensuring team awareness of current in-store and online collections.
- Achieve and surpass sales goals through strategic clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clientele.
- Foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration among peers, customers, and supervisors.
- Stay informed of market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
- Evaluate team performance, providing consistent coaching with a focus on service and sales priorities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by strategically forecasting, planning, and budgeting to meet business needs.
- Build a talent bench by actively recruiting, interviewing, and retaining top talent.
- 2-5 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and retail systems (e.g., labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting).
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and climbing requirements.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2-5 years of experience in a luxury retail service environment as a Store Manager.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
