- Conduct genuine interactions to assess and fulfill customer needs.
- Capture customer information for marketing purposes, adhering to legal guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and organization at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Replenish sales floor stock based on sales analysis and visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and availability to customers.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering stock.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.
