1. Greet customers with a warm smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
2. Conduct genuine interactions to assess and fulfill customer needs.
3. Capture customer information for marketing purposes, adhering to legal guidelines.
4. Maintain accuracy and organization at the point of sale, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Receive and process shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
6. Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring cleanliness and order.
7. Replenish sales floor stock based on sales analysis and visual merchandising needs.
8. Communicate product features, benefits, and availability to customers.
9. Participate in regular inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail environments.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering stock.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
