1. Provide exceptional customer service at the cash wrap, ensuring efficient and friendly interactions.
2. Maintain accurate and organized point-of-sale operations.
3. Support the flow of products from receipt to point of sale, ensuring seamless stockroom operations.
4. Receive and process shipments, maintaining stockroom organization and cleanliness.
5. Assist in visual merchandising and replenishment of the sales floor.
6. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
7. Adhere to company loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong customer service orientation.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Proficiency in operating cash register systems and basic computer skills.
5. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving products.

1-3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on cashiering, stock management, or sales, ideally within a luxury retail setting.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
