21. Leverage Coach’s tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
22. Replenish inventory on sales floor as needed.
23. Process shipments and transfers according to Coach standards and timeframes.
24. Maintain SKU integrity and Cashwrap organization and cleanliness.
25. Conduct email/name capture and accurately complete transactions.
26. Create a lasting impression by thanking the customer and giving them a reason to return.

1. 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
2. Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Mobility to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
4. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to five pounds and occasionally up to fifty pounds.
5. Adaptability and flexibility to change.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
