1. Maintain and organize stockroom inventory to ensure efficient retrieval and restocking of merchandise.
2. Assist in the receiving and processing of shipments, verifying accuracy and quality of received goods.
3. Support sales floor operations by replenishing stock as needed and ensuring product availability.
4. Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill customer requests and facilitate seamless shopping experiences.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

1. Previous experience in a retail stockroom or warehouse environment.
2. Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
3. Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise.

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail stockroom or similar environment is required.
