1. Deliver exceptional and genuine service to create a modern luxury customer experience.

1. 1-3 years of previous experience in a luxury retail service environment, with a preference for selling or stock roles.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
3. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPads, laptops, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
5. Physical capability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, including reaching, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs.
6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
