- Deliver exceptional and genuine service to create a modern luxury customer experience.

- 1-3 years of previous experience in a luxury retail service environment, with a preference for selling or stock roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the use of iPads, laptops, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Physical capability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, including reaching, bending, and climbing ladders or stairs.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Courage to provide direct and actionable feedback.
- Creativity in generating unique ideas and solutions.
