1. Drive the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail & Outlet brand leaders, Product Managers, Testing & Optimization, Digital Operations, UX/UI, Marketing, and IT teams.
3. Support digital commerce initiatives, website enhancements, AB testing, and operational improvements.
4. Manage dual reporting to the Sr. Manager of Retail Site Operations and the Sr. Director of Outlet Ecommerce.
5. Balance priorities across multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Base pay range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
