- Drive the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail & Outlet brand leaders, Product Managers, Testing & Optimization, Digital Operations, UX/UI, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Support digital commerce initiatives, website enhancements, AB testing, and operational improvements.
- Manage dual reporting to the Sr. Manager of Retail Site Operations and the Sr. Director of Outlet Ecommerce.
- Balance priorities across multiple projects while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven proficiency in e-Commerce project management.

Base pay range from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
