1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-focused role.
2. Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
3. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and accessories.

4. Proficiency in using retail software and point of sale systems.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.

High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in fashion or business is preferred.
