- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Coach.
- Model sales behaviors as outlined in company training programs.
- Maintain high energy and engagement levels on the sales floor.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with efficiency.
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in alignment with Coach Approach standards.
- Participate actively as a team member, encouraging peers to meet performance standards.
- Support company initiatives and management decisions.

- Previous management experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet stockroom lifting and climbing requirements.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in luxury retail service, with a focus on management, is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
