1. Previous management experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
3. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
4. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.

1. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Ability to maneuver sales floor and meet stockroom lifting and climbing requirements.
3. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience in luxury retail service, with a focus on management, is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
