1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in the outlet store.
2. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Maintain a deep understanding of Coach products and brand philosophy.
4. Support the store management in daily operations and inventory management.
5. Assist in visual merchandising to uphold the brand's aesthetic standards.

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
2. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin; English language skills are a plus.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

At least 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with a preference for luxury or fashion industry experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail management is advantageous.
