Coach Senior Sales Associate

- Achieve store goals in sales, productivity, and service using Coach selling skills and service training.
- Meet personal sales and productivity targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Coach to consumers and ensuring customer needs are consistently exceeded.
- Model sales behaviors as taught in company training programs and maintain high energy on the sales floor.
- Work with multiple customers simultaneously, consistently anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Participate as a team member, encouraging the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
- Champion company initiatives and support management decisions.
- Demonstrate professional ethics and uphold company standards.
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
