- Achieve store goals in sales, productivity, and service.

- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Possess current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- Understanding of how individual productivity impacts the store.
- Ability to model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs.
- High energy on the sales floor.
- Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
