Coach Senior Planner, Global Merchandise Planning

- Provide annual and seasonal financial frameworks to guide product assortment planning.
- Manage topline Open-to-Buy (OTB) with a focus on sales trends and key sales and inventory KPIs.
- Analyze global and regional product trends through weekly reporting to inform global plans and assortments.
- Measure and apply new trends to short- and long-range product plans and projections.
- Anticipate Open-to-Buy needs to support seasonal newness and carryover investments.
- Collaborate on shipment re-routing, inventory sharing, and global chase opportunities based on sales data.
- Report on global best sellers and assess the success of new product launches, noting regional variances.
- Effectively prioritize and coordinate deadlines with cross-functional partners.
- 4+ years of experience in planning, buying strategy, or business analytics.
- Retail experience is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
A minimum of four years in planning, buying strategy, or business analytics within the retail sector.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Base pay range from $72,000 to $90,000 annually.
