1. Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans for the women's outlet division in Southeast Asia and China.
2. Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to optimize product assortment and maximize sales opportunities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and retail to ensure alignment with business objectives.
4. Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
5. Prepare and present detailed reports on merchandise performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in merchandise planning, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

1. Proficiency in merchandise planning software and Microsoft Excel.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandise planning or a related field, with a focus on women's fashion.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
