1. Oversee the strategic direction and execution of the site experience for the outlet eCommerce platform.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and drive sales through optimized digital merchandising.
3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align site content with brand objectives and promotional strategies.
4. Analyze site performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven enhancements.
5. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features to elevate the customer journey.

1. Proven track record in eCommerce site management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
3. Expertise in digital merchandising and user experience optimization.
4. Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
