1. Lead the HR strategy for the organization, aligning it with business objectives.

3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
4. Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Collaborate with leadership to drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
6. Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business units on complex HR issues.

1. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of labor relations and employee relations best practices.
3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
4. Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
