1. Create sketches and product prototypes throughout the conceptual design process.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine seasonal concepts, materials, hardware, and color palettes for Women's Outlet handbag and SLGs collections.
3. Ensure timeline adherence, complete Design Cards accurately, and deliver them to Product Development on time.
4. Uphold design integrity, high-quality execution, and timeliness throughout the entire development process from concept through engineering and commercialization.
5. Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, and Product Development regularly.
6. Mentor and develop junior team members, including a direct report.

1. Minimum 8+ years of experience designing handbags and/or small leather goods.
2. Experience developing products directly with factories and understanding development from concept through engineering.
3. Understanding of materials, hardware, leather, and handbag construction.

1. Strong fashion sense with the ability to interpret trends.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Ability to sketch both technical drawings and freeform renderings.

A minimum of 8 years in designing handbags and small leather goods, with direct experience in product development and factory collaboration.

Base pay range from $110,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually.
