1. Develop and execute demand and inventory plans to support North American retail sales and operations.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales forecasts and inventory strategies.

4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to demand planning and inventory management.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or inventory management, preferably in the retail sector.
3. Proven track record of developing successful demand and inventory strategies.

2. Proficiency in demand planning software and Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
4. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

A minimum of 5 years in demand planning or inventory management, with a preference for experience within the retail industry.
