Coach Senior Analyst, Inventory Data Validation and Reporting

- Perform inventory data validation and analysis to support Brand Operations.
- Drive the integrity of the global receipt plan.
- Build and maintain reporting and visualization tools.
- Engage with IT and supply teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Consolidate the global receipt plan monthly.
- Bridge the receipt plan to the demand plan.
- Analyze changes in receipt plans monthly.
- Optimize global inventory.
- Reconcile demand with scheduled orders.
- Validate inventory movements and balances.
- Identify and resolve data source gaps.
- Develop inventory dashboards.
- Support the execution of new business programs and initiatives.
- College degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience with large datasets and enterprise databases.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, and Tableau preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Proficiency in data collection, validation, and interpretation.
- Experience in exploratory data analysis.
- Ability to develop strong business partnerships.
- Attention to detail.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities.
A minimum of 3 years in demand planning, inventory planning, finance, or a related field is required.
College degree required.
Base pay range from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
