1. Analyze sales data to optimize product allocation across retail locations.
2. Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure alignment with buying strategies.
3. Monitor inventory levels and adjust allocations to maximize sales potential.
4. Develop and implement allocation strategies for men's and women's ready-to-wear collections.
5. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product assortment and availability.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
2. Proven experience in retail allocation or buying, preferably within the fashion industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis software.
2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail allocation or buying, with a focus on fashion retail.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
