1. Assist in the execution of merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and drive sales.
2. Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets by providing exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor to optimize customer experience.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
5. Handle inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and organization.

1. Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a luxury or fashion setting.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
