- Provide exceptional customer service and support in a luxury retail environment.
- Operate cash register systems and manage transactions efficiently.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Meet scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
