1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with sales and product inquiries.
2. Maintain store presentation standards through stock management and merchandising.
3. Support sales team with operational tasks, including cashier duties and inventory management.
4. Ensure efficient processing of product shipments and transfers.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including scheduling and availability expectations.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
2. Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
3. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room, including climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
