Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Interact genuinely with customers and assess their needs.
- Conduct email/name capture where permitted by law.
- Maintain accuracy when operating POS systems.
- Organize and clean the cash wrap area.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers.
- Organize and clean the stockroom daily.
- Manage stock levels and product ownership.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising.
- Communicate product information to customers.
- Maintain company loss prevention standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.

Education Requirements

Compensation
Base pay range $17.40-$18.00.
