1. Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions at the cash wrap.
2. Accurately operate the POS system and maintain cash wrap organization.
3. Facilitate email/name capture in compliance with legal standards.
4. Receive and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely stockroom organization.
5. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
7. Communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
8. Maintain housekeeping standards across the sales floor and stockroom.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $17.40-$18.00.
